What are The Partick Pet Food Co. Monthly Pet Provisions?

Our Monthly Pet Provisions are curated subscription boxes filled with natural treats, chews and enrichment for dogs and cats. Each box is selected by the team behind our independent pet shop and designed to keep pets stimulated, rewarded and happily occupied throughout the month.

 

What kind of treats are included in the boxes?

Our boxes include a rotating mix of:

• Natural air-dried chews

• Raw-style treats such as ears, necks or feet

• Premium branded treats

• Training treats and reward snacks

• Occasional enrichment items such as lick mats, toys or toppers

Many of the items are the same treats we sell in-store alongside occasional items that are exclusive to our subscription boxes.


Can the box be tailored to my pet?

Yes.

For dogs, you can choose your dog’s chew style when ordering, such as puppy, moderate chewer, powerful chewer or senior/gentle.

For cats, you can select kitten, adult or senior, which helps us choose suitable treats and enrichment items.

You can also leave notes at checkout if your pet has preferences or sensitivities.


When are boxes shipped?

Boxes are dispatched during the first week of each month.

To be included in the next monthly shipment, subscriptions must be placed before the 20th of the month.

Subscriptions placed after the 20th will be included in the following month’s dispatch.


When will my first box arrive?

Your first box will be shipped with the next monthly dispatch during the first week of the month, depending on when you subscribe.

For example:

• Subscribe on 10 March → first box ships early April

• Subscribe on 25 March → first box ships early May


Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions are completely flexible.

You can pause, skip or cancel at any time through your subscription account.

There are no long-term commitments.


Can I buy a box without subscribing?

Yes.

You can purchase a single box, or choose to subscribe and save with a monthly delivery.

 

Are the treats natural?

Most of the treats included in our boxes are 100% natural and air-dried, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

We also include carefully selected branded treats from trusted suppliers that we stock in our shop.

 

Are the boxes suitable for puppies or kittens?

Yes.

When ordering, simply select the puppy or kitten option and we will adjust the treats and enrichment items to suit younger pets.


What if my pet doesn’t like something in the box?

Because each box contains a variety of treats, most pets find plenty to enjoy.

If there is something your pet particularly dislikes, let us know and we will try to adjust future boxes where possible.

 

Who chooses the treats in the boxes?

Every box is curated by the team behind The Partick Pet Food Co., an independent pet provision store known locally for our natural treat bar and carefully selected products.

Many of the treats are also tested by our ambassador dogs from the local community before appearing in the boxes.


Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across the UK.


Can I leave notes about my pet?

Absolutely.

You can leave notes at checkout about allergies, preferences or chewing habits and we will always do our best to accommodate them where possible.
