We hope you and your dog love your purchase! But if there’s an issue, we’re here to help
Subscription Boxes
Because our subscription boxes contain perishable treats, we unfortunately can’t accept returns once boxes have been shipped.
However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petceterapartick.co.uk, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or partial refund.
Dog Harnesses & Accessories
You can return or exchange unused, unworn harnesses and accessories within 14 days of delivery.
Please ensure items are in their original packaging and free from dog hair or damage.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
How to Return an Item:
- Email us at support@petceterapartick.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide the return address and next steps.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item back or confirm the issue.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
