Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the UK.
Standard delivery times:
- Subscription boxes: shipped once monthly
- Harnesses and accessories: dispatched within 3–5 working days
We use trusted courier and postal services; delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription Boxes:
Because our boxes contain perishable treats, returns are not accepted once shipped. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petceterapartick.co.uk for a replacement or refund.
Harnesses & Accessories:
We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

Liability
While all treats are made from natural ingredients, it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable for your pet.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur due to allergies or overconsumption.
Always supervise your dog when chewing and ensure fresh water is available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Pet Collective Ltd, Petcetera Partick or The Partick Pet Food Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
